Street Reps
We are looking for street reps for Astonville and Elsenham Streets. Street Reps collect donations and distribute newsletters for their street and generally rally residents for events etc (more info here). If you would like to volunteer for either of these roles, please contact us using the link below.

Minute Secretary (01 December 2006)
We would like a volunteer to take the Minutes of our monthly Committee meetings. These are held on the last Tuesday of every month except August and December) at 8.00pm at St Barnabas Church Hall. When the Minutes have been finalised, they then need to be emailed to other members of the Committee and Street Representatives. In addition a brief synopsis of the meeting needs to prepared for the website. This is not too onerous a task and is an interesting introduction to how our community works. Social
We are looking for people to help run our social events from softball competitions with 100+ participants to our famous 'Golden Oldies' annual event in the church hall. If you feel you would like to give something back to the community, please email us using the link at the foot of the page and we'll put you in touch with our social secretary.

Entertainment
Eddie Lewis does a fantastic job entertaining the attendees of our Golden Oldies and other events. However if you can sing, dance, play the piano or entertain in any other way, he could do with your help. General
If you feel you have any other contribution to make to the SGRA and your community, please attend one of our meetings. The SGRA meet at 8pm on the last Tuesday of every month (except August and December) at St Barnabas Church Hall, Lavenham Road.
