SGRA Pub Quiz: Hopefully you have received the latest SGRA newsletter and noticed the pub quiz on 8 Feb at the Earl Spencer. Response so far has been good and we already have four teams signed up. To make a really good night we are looking for eight to ten teams in total. So if you, or any of your friends, fancy joining us that would be great. We have the room booked on the first floor of the Earl Spencer, there is no entry fee and prizes for the winning team. Feel free to enter a full team (of eight) or as a smaller group which can join up with others. Please call David Crowther on 020 8877 0932 to enter your team.

The SGRA have for some time been concerned with Party Wall disputes and other issues surrounding the Party Wall Act in the Southfields Grid, we discuss these subjects at our regular meetings. Nick Steiner of The SGRA has produced an overview of the Party Wall act. This should assist Southfields residents when researching Party Wall issues.
